Igredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/8" rounds
2 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
2 TBS chopped parsely
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Toss the sliced sweet potatoes in oil mixture.
Spread in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake 30 minutes (turning after 15 min.)
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsely.
